Perspectives in Military History Lecture Series The U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center sponsors a monthly public lecture series, "Perspectives in Military History," which provides a historical dimension to the exercise of generalship, strategic leadership, and the war fighting institutions of land power. The Ronald A. Roberge Memorial Lecture inaugurates the series in September and is conducted in Bliss Hall at Carlisle Barracks. The remaining lectures throughout the year take place in Ridgway Hall. Unless otherwise specified all lectures take place in Ridgway Hall, Army Heritage and Education Center building 950 Soldiers Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.
