AHCF is an ACT 48 Provider
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Education has approved the Army Heritage Center Foundation as a provider for teachers' continuing professional education hours. Certified educators within Pennsylvania must complete 180 clock hours of continuing professional education every five years.
Many of the programs offered by the Foundation and the Army Heritage and Education Center are approved for the continuing professional education (Act 48) credit. These include the Perspectives in Military History Seminar Series, the Brooks E. Kleber Memorial Military History Readings, living history events, conferences and symposia. Registration and evaluation forms are available for interested teachers at each qualifying event.
