National Standards

The Army Heritage Center Foundation has compiled National History Standards as they apply to Educational Resources developed with U.S. Department of Education Funds for the Improvement of Education Awards. These standards apply to grades 5 through 12. This curriculum covers the Revolution and the New Nation (1754-1820s) through Postwar United States (1945-to early 1970s) and corresponds with the resources that the AHCF offers.
