Veteran's Survey & Questionnaire
(World War II, Korean War, Vietnam & The Cold War)
The U.S. Army Military History Institute, a component of the Army Heritage and Education Center, collects information from veterans about their experiences in the form of a written survey. The survey program has been underway for many years and includes surveys from veterans beginning with the Spanish-American War.
The survey seeks to document, by means of this questionnaire, the recollections and opinions of veterans of the United States Army.
Responses to the survey are important to researchers and historians.
Surveys may be obtained by calling the Military History Institute staff at 717-245-3971 or surveys may be printed from the Military History Institute web site at: http://www.carlisle.army.mil/usamhi/index.htm.
