The BLC is a partnership of regional businesses and the Army Heritage Center Foundation (AHCF). BLC members work together with the Foundation to enhance the development of the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC) and the Army Heritage Center Foundation (AHCF) within the local community.

The Pritzker Military Foundation is the grantmaking arm of the Pritzker Military Museum & Library.
