I am teaching basic aerodynamics as a small part of one of my classes for a couple of years and wanted to improve my knowledge. To be honest, with every read page i doubled my knowledge. This book is so highly dense with interesting information, all while still being easy to read (even for me, as English is not my native language). Nevertheless, i would recommend the reader to have a basic knowledge about aerodynamics, as the author presumes it. About half the book is about airfoil/wing design and about the specific benefits and drawbacks of every common design regarding the different flight regimes, always giving real life examples. Almost everything is explained with the help of diagrams showing the specific effect. I never regret even a single cent spend on this book. For everyone interested in military aircraft/fighters i can highly recommend this book.
